Job description

(3 days working from home and 2 days in City Centre Manchester Head Office)

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), great teamworking skills and previous experience in an administration role. As part of our Scheduling Team, this role will share responsibility for coordinating the delivery of professional services, which includes Audit, Fire Risk Assessment and Training. The role will involve liaising with our Clients in a professional manner and according to our Customer Care Strategy, and working closely with our field-based teams to facilitate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for forecasting, projections and scheduling services accordingly
  • Effective use and management of internal CRM system
  • Management of the Audit service schedule with internal communication to colleagues and external communication to clients
  • Efficient and cost-effective scheduling of location visits for Audits, as well as booking Audits and all related calendar management
  • Client correspondence related to Audits
  • Submitting regular reports to Management and Reconciliation of Audit Rounds
  • Responsible for the production KPI performance figures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Previous experience with administration
  • Experience using IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform well in a team and be flexible with the nature of the work
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
