Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (OTE £30,000-£35,000)

Our dynamic financial planning company is seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our workplace financial education program by connecting with potential clients and initiating meaningful conversations. Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of our workplace financial education program by securing qualified appointments and achieving targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to align on sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Maintain accurate and concise records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are well-documented.
- Engage prospects and establish appointments.
- Cultivate leads through email nurturing and personalised LinkedIn interactions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience demonstrating a track record of success – this could encompass an inbound or outbound sales role that has email marketing, appointment setting and/or telephone experience.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales environments, showcasing your ability to navigate complex business landscapes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage prospects effectively.
- Proficient working with CRM software and prospecting tools, familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Confident using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator campaigns
- Suitable work-from-home setup with reliable internet.
- Previous experience in a targeted sales role, showing a capacity to meet expectations.
