We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Vancouver. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting efforts. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify leads, conduct research, and develop relationships with potential clients.

What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Creating compelling proposals and presentations to articulate the value of our services
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Accurately forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline progress
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development or inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A track record of exceeding quota and hitting sales targets
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools and technologies for account-based sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Compensation is a $60k base with performance bonuses. Total compensation package for the first year is expected to be ~$130k.
