An exciting opportunity has been created within our UK Award Winning Boutique Bathroom Showroom in Edinburgh, Scotland - Bathroom Designer.
The way we do things at Napier Bathrooms is very different to the usual and generic bathroom showroom experience. Not only do we have the latest 4D CAD Virtual Reality Design Software, we have our unique showroom gallery in which the premium brands we offer and partner with are displayed in the most unique setting of our industry. We are interior designers of bathrooms, a team focused on exceptional client care, product knowledge and a passion in bathrooms.
The Bathroom Designer Responsibilities include:
- Be able to deal with customer queries politely, professionally and effectively.
- Being organised, efficient and proficient with all administrative tasks.
- Preparing and managing effective meetings with clients in the showroom and within clients homes when required.
- Executing the sale of premium bathrooms.
- Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets.
- Placing clients orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures, collating orders and arranging delivery.
- Following up both sales enquiries and quotations.
- Working with installation teams.
- Maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships.
- Maintaining a well presented, clean and attractive showroom.
Previous Experience
- Using Virtual Worlds or equivalent CAD software.
- Design consultant experience or client focussed role would be an advantage.
- A proven track record in sales and working in a targeted environment.
- IT skills essential, pro efficient in Microsoft 365.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team but also be able to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to take instructions and work under minimal supervision.
- Displaying a flexible, hands-on approach to all aspects of the work.
- Organisation in prioritising workload effectively.

Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
