About the role:

Quartz Network is changing the game in the one-on-one meeting based event space in the UK market. We’re an established company with a start-up mentality looking to add new Sales Development Reps who are high energy, driven and self-motivated individuals that will contribute to our ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, educate and develop new accounts with a primary goal of setting meetings for Senior Sales Executives on the UK Team
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Interact with prospects via phone, video conferencing, chat, LinkedIn messages, and email
  • Set meetings with prospects having pre-qualified them and participate in developing these prospects into Opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new client and pipeline targets
  • Innovate processes and contribute to greater business strategy by providing feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Achieve productivity standards and adhere to all selling process practices and standards (including inputting accurate and complete data into CRM)
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.com and Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn)
