Sales Development Representative (POD)

We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team to help expand POD in the USA. This is a growth role, and is a unique opportunity to step into the world of enterprise sales and learn from best-in-class sales leaders.

Pirical On Demand (POD) is a revolutionary on-demand analytics platform that ensures a fully data-driven HR strategy. With over five years’ experience of in-depth HR analytics projects with the world’s leading law firms, POD pulls together complex data in a beautiful and simple platform to answer important questions about who to hire, who to promote, how much to pay and how it all compares to competitors.

The role…

You will be responsible for supporting our existing Sales Executives as we go through a period of growth. This role will provide you the perfect opportunity to cut your teeth in the world of Software Sales as you work alongside our experienced Sales Team, helping with research, lead generation, prospecting and interacting with potential customers.

Building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key contacts across the industry has been very influential in the success of POD so far. Since we launched POD in 2020, our sales team have become true evangelists for the product, knowing the product inside-out and always excited to share its impactful power to potential partners during demos.

More about the role...

  • You will support our sales team in research activities such as market mapping, organisation mapping and staying on top of movements in the diversity and HR space
  • You will be responsible for crafting compelling sales copy for things such as emails and marketing collateral, with a huge focus on personalisation and insights
  • You will shadow our top Sales Executives to learn best-in-class enterprise sales techniques and frameworks to help you grow and progress in your software sales career
  • You will be a vital contributor to building Pirical’s knowledge on the diversity and HR space
  • You will be responsible for maintaining our data-driven approach to lead gen and encouraged to find efficiencies and improvements to our prospecting processes
  • You may be responsible for developing creative sales strategies such as organising and running meetup events
