Hi! It’s Reneilwe, Head of Business Development at MetaCompliance. Every day, I work with the most impressive team of SDRs. We have grown our team from the ground up and I know this because it’s where I started, just a few years ago.
We’re seeking to grow this ambitious team to support our mission of becoming the European powerhouse in the cyber security market space. Interested? Keep reading - you don’t need to worry about previous experience. (I’m going to let you in on a secret, NOBODY on our team came with experience of this role)
We’re looking for individuals with drive, ambition, and a hunger to be the best. I'm talking about an appetite and real hunger for success...an appetite for smashing targets...an appetite for beating records… an appetite to build a community and team that work WITH each other (not against!)
Experience is not necessary as we will provide the world-class training required to secure meetings, propel the adoption of MetaCompliance’s award-winning platform and identify opportunities to partner with global brand names.
Come as you are and together, we’ll do what’s right (not what’s easy) to helps organisations keep their staff safe online, protect their critical information assets and avoid reputational damage.
Once you find your rhythm, you will quickly be hitting targets with our multi-level bonus plan and that’s just the start. Before you know it, you’ll be mentoring new starts yourself, while progressing your career.
What your opportunity as an SDR looks like:
- Establishes and drives top of funnel lead generation for account executive team-mates by securing appointments with C-LEVEL execs of global organisations
- Updates prospect interaction in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure efficient lead management.
- Has a thorough understanding of our company’s product suite and services through continuous in the moment and self-generated learning to articulate the value of our solutions to secure quality meetings. This will come as part of your training.
- Leverages our extensive and world-class sales enablement technology stack to help reach goals.
- Interacts in our daily team huddles to share and celebrate success, as well as learn and grow from challenges.
Is this you?
- We know people from a hospitality, retail or target driven background have been successful in the past.
- Maybe you have a degree and are hungry to start your career (and we do mean career, not job!)
- If you don’t fit into either of the above but the below screams you, send in your CV. We want to hear from you!
- Communication is key – both verbal and written. You must be able to smile and dial the phone, holding a conversation with someone at any seniority level. This is essential and we will help coach you.
