Pure are pleased to be working with a national wide organisaion who are looking for a experienced Office Administrator to join their team. You will be supporting the team with a new exciting project onsite. This role is based on a 3-6month basis. Key Responsibilities Organising and Booking Travel, Accommodation, and other site requests Assist in administration for the business and work closely with other administrators Making purchases and keep stock control Collating and inputting data Fleet management Support all employees with any technical or administrative issues/requests Credit cards reconciliation Reply to incoming calls and emails Dealing with queries through the phone, by email and face to face Building and facilities coordination General administrative tasks of the business Key Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Constuction or similar industry experience Detail orientated and quality focused Good organisational & communication skills Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative Excellent knowledge of MS Office & English language CSCS Card woukd be advantage Pure Resourcing Solutions
