The Role
Business development rep or Sales Development rep- we use the title 'SDR' at Hinterview.
An SDR is the first, integral, touchpoint in our sales cycle. It is a pure ‘business development’ role focussing on identifying, approaching, and engaging potential new customers through strategic cold calling, email outreach, video prospecting and targeted insight-based campaigns.
Success in this role is dependent on, high quality, high intellect, and unwavering resilience. It is the perfect introductory role to any tech sales career and is where you will be trained thoroughly on best practice skills, theories strategies and approaches to form the basis of a future-proofed skill set.
Responsibilities:
Market mapping and list building within outreach
Tailored and strategic outreach via phone, email, video, campaigns and networking
Cadence management
Consultative sales calls and confident on the phone
Keeping informed of market trends and pains and using them strategically
Strong social selling profile and frequent impactful, meaningful posting to generate demand
Qualification of opportunities in and out against our set criteria
Educating prospects
Detailed internal handovers to AEs
Accurate forecasting of opportunities
High activity level across all priority metrics
Collaborator and involvement in team brainstorms and training
Self development and continuous learning
Supporting your team and demonstrating company values at all times

Experience required:
a) Experience in agency recruitment and are looking to use that experience in a new role
b) Experience in an SDR role selling into the recruitment sector

Package:
- Base salary, depending on experience £30-35k
- Uncapped commission based on SQOs and ARR added
