Marketing Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic local Marketing Intern to help a growing company achieve our goals to progress the company.
The successful applicant will have duties involving implementing some social media strategy and marketing campaigns, liaising with our marketing team to progress and improve current and future campaigns and optional work involving on-site work with our sales team.
This job will be a hands-on internship with flexible hours (to your requirements not ours) where you will find and learn skills quickly that will be of use for the beginning of your career in marketing. Your contribution will add a different layer to our already multi-faceted approach to sales and production of our product.
About the company
We are a fast growing small spirits company, based in Glasgow, with aims to grow 70-80% by the end of the year. Our sales team are always working to ensure we are selling our products in a number of different areas and ways, with on trade, ticketed events, weekend markets and online sales.
Responsibilities
- Collecting analytics from Google/Facebook ads
- Supporting marketing team with new ideas and progression with current campaigns
- Market analysis
- Meeting basic agreed upon KPIs
- Minor content creation
- Helping to arrange events surrounding the company
- OPTIONAL – attending events with the company, attending weekend markets with the team or other events that may crop up
About the applicant
- You will be able to work under direction of one of our team and be confident enough to add your own ideas to things
- Able to meet deadlines and strive to reach our KPI’s that will be agreed upon in person
- Confident with different marketing techniques
- Social media strategy experience
- Minor content creation and brand management
- Knowledge on paid ads, or the willingness to learn and progress them
- Currently enrolled in a marketing degree/BS/Masters
