There is an opening for a full time position as Senior Product Delivery Lead role in our UK Digital Services team, to lead on the delivery of new digital experiences that improve the employee experience at Deloitte. You will be working closely with our Head of Digital Services, our Senior Product Lead, and functional teams across NSE. Your main responsibility will be to ensure key deliverables are met for critical deadlines, with a high focus on quality and assurance ensuring we build sustainable products.
Specifically, you will:
- Monitor all actions and activities, from scope to delivery, to ensure adherence to technical roadmap.
- Manage the Agile ways of working across the project stream, spread best practice agile delivery governance across the delivery portfolio of several mobile apps.
- Support scoping of new demand, setting realistic targets to manage delivery expectations.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders.
- Work with senior stakeholders across Deloitte and build enduring relationships that help drive the approvals, issue resolution and navigate process/delivery governance of our apps.
- Influence the strategic direction of the Digital Briefcase by supporting planning exercises.
- Work alongside Digital Services leadership to manage budgets and forecasts that drive decision making.
- Support Technical/Delivery Project Resourcing and Technical Team recruitment.
- Support and mentor the cross-functional team.

Essentials
- Proven track record of working in a complex, matrixed or multi-faceted environment.
- Proven track record of translating strategy into action to deliver real impact.
- Ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity, manage multiple projects simultaneously and use own initiative.
- Delivery manager experience with user-centric products.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Research & Design activities.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in successfully building digital experiences on time and on budget.
- Understanding of mobile apps development and necessary infrastructure around it.
- Evidence of ability to work with and report to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with a multitude of stakeholders in the community and within the business, demonstrating an ability to clearly explain key facts and persuade where necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organisations and be able to share knowledge and experience with colleagues and leaders across the firm.
