2fawcett are recruiting for a Sales Development Manager, to join a company located in Lincoln on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is a software solution provider and they are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of sales development representatives. You will be responsible for motivating a team of individuals to achieve KPI's and sales targets. They need someone who has experience in a similar role, can hit the ground the running implementing new and strategic ideas to increase new business.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Development Manager
- Training and developing a team of 'lead generation' reps
- Recruiting for the team
- Coaching and motivating the team
- Developing lead generation strategies
- Disciplined use of CRM system
- Working directly with the marketing team to support lead generation activities
- Reporting of KPIs to Senior Management
- Running coaching sessions with the team
- 121’s with the team members to review performance
- Generating qualified outbound opportunities and qualifying inbound leads created by marketing
- Monitoring calls for quality assurance purposes
- Using CRM system
Requirements of the Sales Development Manager
- Proven track record of growing team
- ERP/Software experienced
- Experience in coaching, motivating and reviewing a team
- Planning and organisation skills
- Lead generation experience
- Experience in recruiting new staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident on the phone
- Excellent customer communication
- Ability to manage a high performing team
- Digital minded
