The Role
Tesla is looking for a Sales Development Associate to execute on sales support projects including lead generation, digital project development and retail campaigns in the UK and Ireland. The position is based in Manchester and reports to the Sales Performance. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organization and execution skills.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the development and execute on a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of all events in the UK and Ireland including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches) specifically focussed on the North of the UK as well as national events.
- Assist in the development and execute in-store programs and email campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads
- Work with Tesla Customer Engagement team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials to support our sales enablement activities (e.g. collateral)
- Support content production initiatives (video, photography) by coordinating internal stakeholder and productions plans
- Manage outside agencies and vendors on a needed basis
- Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns and ensure compliance with the global brand strategy and Tesla’s corporate identity
- Minimum 3 years+ experience in eventing or communications
- BA or Master in Business Administration, business, communications, events or other related degree with proven track experience
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines as well as being hands-on with a positive “can do” attitude
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
