SALARY:
Outside London: £41,292 - £45,880 per annum
Inside London: £52,560- £58,400 per annum
LOCATION(S):
Leeds (primary location), Halifax, Edinburgh and London
HOURS: Full-time position (35 hours per week)
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time (approximately 2 days a week), at one of our office sites.

This role sits within a small team that is responsible for analysing and collecting data around recruitment and financial budgeting.
What be you’ll doing?
You will work closely with the wider recruitment teams and people data hubs to better understand the business needs and goals, and provide high quality products, actionable insights and recommendations that can help make data-driven decisions and achieve recruitment objectives.
Using data analysis techniques and visualisation tools, this role provides insights into the recruitment process (e.g., job vacancies, applicant tracking, recruitment marketing, and candidate pipelines), assesses the effectiveness of various recruitment strategies and tools, and identifies areas for improvement.
There is a huge focus on recruiting for the future and this role, will be key in making this happen!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Data Analysis
- Experience with Excel (including Power Query) and a working understanding of statistical software such as R or Python.
- A track record of analysing large datasets, and a demonstrable ability of identifying patterns and insights that can be used to make strategic business decisions.
- Ensuring data is of high quality and integrity and is consistent and compliant to internal and external governance.
Data Visualisation & Presentation Skills
- Experience with visualisation tools, particularly Tableau, and Power BI, Python or R Libraries.
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex information concisely, presenting data as a story, engaging audiences with different backgrounds and levels of technical expertise.
Problem Solving and Business Thinking
- An ability to translate business questions into data queries and to continuously connect business goals to the data ensuring it provides the most accurate, practical, and useful insights.
- A curious and continuous improvement mentality; you must be able to ask the right questions, use critical thinking, your own initiative and creativity to find solutions, and test their hypotheses using data analysis techniques.
Please be aware, the selection process for this position is likely to involve a small assessment and/or presentation where you will get the opportunity to demonstrate some of the skills discussed above.
