Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator Special Markets to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Coordinator Special Market will be responsible for supporting senior members of the proactive sales team handling the Middle East market and embassies for group and leisure.

The responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator Special Market include reactive handling of group enquiries from initial lead to signed contract so experience of meetings, events and group bookings is preferable; full administrative support to the Senior Sales Manager on both Reservations and Sales coordination; planning of show rounds and events, supporting with travel, reporting and planning. This role is based at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane; however travel may be required within the two properties.

What we are looking for

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative/computer skills
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic speaker is a real advantage
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Opera and Salesforce systems preferred
  • Flexibility to travel other UK properties (if needed) and to work on weekends and varied shifts
  • On-site role at Four Seasons Park Lane London
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
