Charles Hurst Business Development Centre, Belfast
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £21,000 per annum plus up to £9,000 commission
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00- 17:30 Friday: 08:00- 17:00 Saturday on rota basis: 09:00-13:00 (40 hours per week)
At Charles Hurst Group, we are looking for a talented individual with customer service experience to join our team based in our busy Aftersales Retention Centre as an Aftersales Customer Advisor.
Here at Charles Hurst, you will be reporting to the accomplished Fiona Duffin. This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed! Fiona will impart her knowledge and experience to you, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the Automotive industry.
As an Aftersales Customer Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our Aftersales team, providing exceptional customer service experiences and being responsible for ensuring that our workshops are full each day.
Responsibilities:
- You will offer our customers suitable aftercare products and service to enhance their ownership experience
- Effectively manage bookings via our system to ensure our workshops are full each day
- Build lasting relationships with our Charles Hurst customers through exceptional customer service and acting with professionalism
- Working in line with manufacturer guidelines as well as Charles Hurst systems and processes
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, whether that be face to face or telephone based. They will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy.
Automotive experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector. You will be provided with opportunities for career progression in a variety of different roles within the Group.
