ReCar Non-Commissioned Vehicle Advisor
Canada’s fastest growing pre-owned vehicle retailer has a great opportunity for a Vehicle Advisor.
ReCar is an Atlantic Canadian company that is headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick and is built on the fundamental principles of integrity and treating people with respect. We are also a disruptor within the Auto Industry by offering our Guests Fixed, No-Pressure Pricing on all our Certified Vehicles, as well as an environment where our Vehicle Advisors are Non-Commissioned Positions as opposed to straight commission like most automotive salespeople. Today’s auto buyer doesn’t want to have to come in and haggle and negotiate in order to get their “best deal”, nor do they want to be serviced by someone who is incentivized for selling them the car with the most mark-up as opposed to the best fit for them and their family. ReCar is built on this principle.
Founded in 2018, ReCar currently has four New Brunswick locations in Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, and Woodstock.

ReCar Vehicle Advisor responsibilities include:
This is a sales position, so the idea of selling someone an exciting big-ticket item like a vehicle needs to not only excite you, but it needs to really excite you!
Providing exceptional service throughout our Guest’s experience. ReCar prides itself on being able to offer an amazing experience for all our Guests.
Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and digitally to discover our Guest’s wants and needs.
Serving as an advocate for ReCar by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
Navigating and using various provided computer programs as tools to assist in our Guest Consultation.
Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation.
Facilitating steps of the sale, such as assisting our Guests through Vehicle Demonstration, Test Drives and collecting information for Trade Appraisals.
Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork.
Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming performance feedback.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed.
Working with Social Media on a mandated and regular basis to assist in moving the brand as well as your success forward.
A good Vehicle Advisor will make between $60,000 - $70,000 annually, however, your earnings potential is only capped by your abilities and effort. We also offer full benefits and the opportunity for growth within our company. This position is available at ReCar Moncton.
You do not need vehicle sales experience for this opportunity. All training needed for this role will be provided by us.
