General Summary
The Follow-up Coordinator provides direct participant contact to support WIOA Youth follow-up services
to participants to ensure they achieve job retention, wage gain and career progress. The Follow-up
Support Coordinator performs essential and accurate recording and reporting of service and performance
outcomes._
Essential Functions and Duties
- Maintains regular contact with participants for 12 months after program exit.
- Assesses exited individuals to determine continuing needs for career planning, intervention and
- May work with employers directly to verify employment and identify additional training or
- Works with case management staff to support the participant’s Follow up plan, additional
- Collects and enters accurate employment and wage data in Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database.
- Assists Program Managers and MIS in preparing accurate reporting.

Educational/Work Experience Requirements
- Associate of Arts degree
- Demonstrated data entry skills
- Or High School Diploma (or GED) and 2 years of customer service and Data entry experience.
Other Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Pre-employment Drug
Reference Checks, Credit Check if applicable and other required documents.
- Frequent travel to meetings, training sites and worksites.
Working Conditions/Physical Environment
- Duties are performed primarily in an office environment. Sitting, stooping, walking, standing and light
- Physical requirements include the dexterity to reach, stand, climb, squat, twist, finger keyboards, lift
