Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm
Sites: Corby and occasional trips to Great Billing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Coordinator with a strong work ethic and a high regard for safety and performance, to join our team in Corby.
You will be responsible for the coordination of Plant, Transport, Small Tools and PPE - always ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in...
- Allocate and record plant issued to the operational teams, ensuring all movements of equipment is logged.
- Physically check and ensure plant/equipment is in good working order and report any repairs.
- Maintain plant/vehicles stocklists and audits.
- Cross-examine third party hires reports vs live hire reports, checking for accuracy and anomalies.
- Arrange machine movements from yard to sites when required.
- Support with the hiring of Grabs / Muck Away.
- Capture and report data into IFS (ERP System), thus providing management information to the wider organisation.
- Additional administrative duties include the issuing of IAMS cards and ensuring users are logged within the system, logging plant calibration dates and arranging exchanges, booking MOTs, logging breakdowns, and arranging replacements etc.

You are looking for a role that combines both administration and operations. Computer literacy and great organisational skills are a pre-requisite as is a ‘safety-first’ mindset.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience in a plant/equipment/vehicle planning and allocation role.
