Sales Coordinator
The sales coordinator position; supports the sales consultants and sales team leaders within their daily roles. Your duties will involve managing diaries, scheduling meetings, updating documents and communicating effectively at all times.
This is an office-based role.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Dealing with emails, phone calls and meeting requests – For yourself, sales consultant and team leaders.
· Sales order processing and checks.
· Coordinating sales activity for team.
· Planning and scheduling client meetings and events.
· Updating sales and client information on CRM system
· Providing client support – ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the project.
· Assisting with client quotations.
· Communicating with internal departments including estimating, surveying and purchasing.
· Updating sales material including presentations and emails.
· Report on figures to team leader.
The successful candidate must:
· Excellent organisation/coordination skills
· Previous administration experience beneficial
· Great Communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and within given timescales.
