Role Overview:

As the Sales Coordinator with Journe Brands, you will be responsible for ensuring that you support our Sales Managers and that our retailers are provided with the highest level of Sales Support and in line with our organizations Values.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all retail retailers are serviced to the highest standards.
  • Administrative support for Sales Managers, such as new line forms, forecast reports, daily activity needs to support the Sales Manager and retail partners.
  • Working with the Sales Managers and developing presentations for retailers.
  • Maintain specific reporting functions.
  • Cross checking Purchase Orders, which includes up to date prices, quantification, and lead-times.
  • Assisting with sample requests as required for Trading Partners.
  • Assisting with trade fairs where applicable to ensure they are a success.
  • Updating retailer websites with images and approved content to remain up to date.

Knowledge and skills:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a Wholesale environment, selling into multinational retailers, such as B&Q, The Range, Tesco, Homebase, Hobbycraft, TK Maxx etc.
  • Experience within FMCG/Big Box Retailers
  • Exposure to ERP systems, such as Pronto SAP.
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge when it comes to dealing with national retailers.
  • Very good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive culture and have mutual respect within a dynamic team.
