Duties and Responsibilities:
To enhance Partners selling and service capability whilst developing their knowledge of our products and services. To support the delivery of a positive customer experience and the achievement of sales targets.
Job Requirements:
The Selling Coach will use observation, feedback and development techniques to enhance Partners product knowledge and selling skills. The position requires the ability to work closely with Partners to support the delivery of their personal development and business objectives, aligned to the branches operating plan. The Selling Coach will fulfil all aspects of the Selling Partner job description.
