Job Introduction General Services Manager As a General Services Manager at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of services. Your ability to lead the team and implement best practices will be critical to your success in the role. • Manage and lead a team of professionals responsible for Catering, Facilities Management, Security and Waste/Cleaning.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational best practice.
• Oversee relationships and monitor service levels to deliver excellence and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all HSE policies and procedures to drive a zero-harm culture.
• Manage budgets to maintain and achieve financial targets.
• Implement Sodexo local and Global contract processes and procedures.

What you bring:

• You will have 3 years Facilities Management and covering Health and Safety.
• You will hold a Health and Safety qualification like IOSH or RIPH.
• A soft services background would be essential and a hard services background would be desirable.
• You will be IT literate, excellent communication skills and excellent client management skills.
