This is a rare, exciting opportunity to join the Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for all performance paid marketing activity including Paid Search, Affiliates and Display Advertising. You will have the opportunity to look at digital performance in a whole new way, bridging the digital and physical shopper journey, building roadmaps to measure and optimise across the whole omnichannel customer journey. This is an extremely important role, capable of delivering huge growth potential for ScS and this role as we revolutionise the homeware shopping journey.
What does the role involve?
- Build the Performance Marketing roadmap and plan to execute strategic new ways of attracting a wider audience, working with key stakeholders to set KPI's and strategies as to how to achieve them.
- Deconstruct the customer journey and build audience plans to drive growth throughout the customer funnel.
- Implement new processes and develop solutions which remove error and waste.
- Continually optimise channel performance through roadmap initiatives, tactical opportunities and new digital technologies.
- Manage the digital agency and Performance Marketing team to, ensuring objectives are fully aligned and the team are empowered to deliver.
- Take the wider business on the Digital journey, ensuring stakeholders understand channel objectives and benefits.

- Proven experience as a Performance or Digital Marketing Manager, ideally within retail
- In depth understanding of programmatic DSP’s and marketing technology.
- Budget management with proven marketing mix decision making
- Combined problem-solving and effective prioritisation capability
- Highly commercial with ability to plan and balance budget based on benefit
- Full marketing mix experience with sound knowledge in all performance channels
- Experience in leading high performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
