Job description
We are a 5th generation of Family shoemakers and manufacturers based in Northampton with Luxury retail stores in London, New York and Paris who are looking for someone who can join our ever expanding Retail team based in the heart of London.
The candidate needs to be computer literate, as well as able to work efficiently and diligently. The correct candidate will need to possess good communicational skills "face to face", as well as having a very clear and pleasant telephone manor. You will also need to have a high level of customer service and the ability to be very personable with our very loyal customers.
The job also entails several administrational duties including packaging, booking and shipping expensive "Hand made shoes" all over the world, as well as emails. Reliable, punctual, smart, pro-active and able to engage with our very discerning clients, as well as other employees.
You will need a good eye for detail and be able to follow instructions to the letter by checking your own work. An interest in fashion and current trends will also be beneficial but not essential.

Part time or Full time working between 13.5 - 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday.
We offer 4 weeks holiday after a successful 3 month probation period (pro-rata) and have a busy social calendar within our business. You'll be working within an inclusive and very friendly enviroment, where we appreciate great individuals, as well as supporting each other every day.
