Job description
The main role of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors alike; whether it is greeting guests at the main entrance or taking telephone calls.
The attributes we are looking for in our candidates are:
- Polite and courteous
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multitasking
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word etc)
- Excellent Self-Presentation
- Have the ability to deal with guest queries/complaints in a polite and efficient manner, to ensure any issues are resolved immediately.
- Have the ability to work alone, and as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends and overtime to cover, when necessary.
- Excellent telephone manner
