As a Sales Consultant with Proconnect, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business on behalf of our clients. We work with some of the biggest and most established names in the financial services industry, delivering exceptional results.

About the role: As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on handling inbound enquiries and working with existing clients. There is no cold calling involved in this position. Your responsibilities will include utilizing telephone communication to introduce our clients' services and identify new business opportunities on their behalf. Meeting our clients' targets and cultivating strong business relationships with potential customers will be vital aspects of your role.
About you: To excel in this role, you must possess an excellent telephone manner and be self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive personality. Previous sales experience and familiarity with working in a target-driven environment would be advantageous.
Pay & Holidays: We offer a guaranteed basic salary of £20,000, complemented by a competitive commission structure that has enabled many of our staff members to double their salaries. Additionally, you will receive 28 days of paid holiday per year, including bank holidays. We also provide a workplace pension scheme.
Location & working hours: This position is office-based in our Penzance offices. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm. Weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are not part of the working schedule.
