About Our Client
Manufacturing and production company, known worldwide and pride themselves in providing a great place to work with a supportive management team, this Finance Assistant role is being recruited on a permanent basis to join a exciting finance team based in Biggleswade & led by a knowledgeable financial reporting manager.
Job Description
As a Finance Assistant you will deliver assistance in terms of:
- Accounts Payable: eg inputting invoices, credit notes, payments made, checking & processing company expense claims
- Credit Control: eg cash received compilation, allocation & reconciliation
- Financial Reporting: ledger maintenance, control account reconciliation, preparing accounts to trial balance level of the financial reporting system
*You will support the entire finance function by ensuring timely & accurate delivery of administration tasks and reports *
The Successful Applicant
- Great communication skills
- Working towards an AAT qualification or equivalent
- Previous similar experience
- Team player willing to go the extra distance
- Organised and flexible approach to work
- Willing to attend training
- Able to travel to UK/Ire
- Travel overseas when required
- Up to date on technical skills and knowledge
