SALES CONSULTANT FOR OUR CHILMINGTON GREEN, ASHFORD, KENT DEVELOPMENT
Our Company requires a Sale's Consultant to work in our Sales Suite on our Chilmington Lakes Development, to assist with selling houses.

This full time 5 day a week position includes weekends would suit an enthusiastic professional Sales Consultant looking for new challenges working for an award-winning developer
All candidates must have a proven background in New Homes sales with a minimum of 3 years' new homes sales experience and strong closing skills.
1. 3 + years of New Homes sales experience is essential
2. Smart and well presented
3. Must be computer literate and experienced working with excel, word, and Outlook
4. Excellent people skills are a must
5. Sales Progression - working knowledge level
6. Carrying out viewings and closing sales
