Job description
As a Training Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to enroll students in a variety of Open Academy London Courses. You will serve as the pivotal point of contact for leads generated from job boards, social media, email marketing, inbound calls, or referrals, taking the initiative to follow up on initial inquiries and provide prospective students with the additional information they require for their decision-making process.
This position offers significant growth potential, and the ideal candidate will receive support in their journey toward becoming a Business Development Manager.
Here are some of the duties:
- Enrol students in various Open Academy London Courses.
- Follow up on leads from job boards, social media, email marketing, inbound calls, and referrals.
- Provide additional information to prospects to aid their decision-making process.
- Familiarise yourself with course details, entry requirements, durations, fees, and payment options.
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls and respond to email inquiries and referrals daily.
- Aim for maximum conversion rates and capitalise on sales opportunities through excellent listening and communication skills.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge to tailor offerings to customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships and rapport with customers.
- Place job advertisements on various job boards following company brand guidelines.
- Liaise with enrolled students to conduct literacy tests and set up Direct Debit mandates.
- Ensure all students have read, understood, and signed the Harriet Ellis Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £15,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
