Sales Consultant (Storage and Removals)

We have a fantastic opportunity at Easy shipping ltd, an industry leading name within the moving, storage and relocation Business, with over 19 years’ experience.
We seek a focused, professional, target driven and personable Sales Advisor to join an established removals and storage company in London.
Working in a varied & dynamic role, you will be a key part of our home sales process, with a focus on Customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell, experience with a proven track record in Corporate Removal Sales is preferable and an ability to work to deadlines and targets also.
This exciting and rewarding opportunity has come about due to the expansion of our UK removals and storage business.
The successful candidate would become an integral part of the continued success of the company and growth.
The Role:
The customer experience is key from initial contact, so great interpersonal skills, a mature attitude and the ability to build relationships quickly will enable your success in this role. A pro-active and positive approach will be a key requirement with great listening skills to match.
You will have good IT competencies to place move plans and quotations onto our CRM system. Training on our in-house Database system will be given. Continuous Interaction with Operational Managers, Sales staff and the Warehouse team will mean good internal communication is also needed on a daily basis.
This list of duties is not exhaustive, so the sales advisor may be asked to take on other ad hoc activates, so flexibility and the willingness to learn is vital.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working within a small but growing sales team and has the ability to work well independently to grow revenue and assist in reaching monthly sales targets.
- Generating new business leads through creative thinking and strategies
- Maintaining existing customer/trade accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout to ensure all customers expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- Building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate their needs and proactively promote our services.
- Responding to enquiries and creating quotations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Has the ability to produce reports and lead sales meetings.
- Can motivate and inspire the team.
- Analytical and a quick thinker.
- Excellent communication skills and are able to speak confidently to stakeholders and top-level members of staff.
- Some experience in Estimating and Surveying would be a great advantage.
- 2-3 years + sales experience, would be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000 upwards, depending on experience.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift – Monday to Friday with weekend availability if required
