This role presents an exciting opportunity to directly assist in the management, improvement and growth of Primary Care Analytics to a Nationally known organisation with a strong reputation of delivering insights and Analysis to Primary Care.
The Data Analyst will work with Primary Care Networks and Partners, providing insights and intelligence to ensure that all Primary Care Networks have the means to provide better patient care. We aim to offer and deliver excellent, safe, coordinated, high quality patient analysis. Continuously learning, evolving and implementing new models of care, to create inclusion and reduce inequalities and improve outcomes.
This is an exciting role and an opportunity to make a unique and measurable impact on patient care, also enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Integrated services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high trust relationships with local Health and Care Teams as well as Practice based Clinicians. The postholder will develop reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support Primary Care Networks and improve Patient Care.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring that all Clinical templates in GP surgeries are set up with the most up-to-date clinical codes to ensure that activity is successfully captured.
- Managing, analysing, interpreting, presenting and reporting on Practice and patient data.
- Collaborating with the Head of Analytics in agreeing analytics workstreams
- Analysing, interpreting and reporting against DES, LES and prevalence specifications to ensuring successful delivery for Primary Care Network Contracts.
- Increasing usage of Clinical Systems through enhancing and making the systems more efficient at a Practice and Primary Care Network data for Practices or asked for by other organisations.
- Processing and recording data information in accordance with NHSE, Federation, Trust, Primary Care Network and Practice Protocols.
- Fulfilling reporting requirements within the remit of the Primary Care Analytics team’s objectives.
- Consulting Key Stakeholders in the remit of data quality and offering support and advice where needed.
- Provide necessary analytics and other business information to support securing funding for new initiatives as well as mapping new projects to confirm viability.
- Using knowledge, supports the development of data-driven decision making across Primary Care Networks, informing stakeholders of risks, benefits and consequences.
- Coach, train and develop colleagues within own scope of work.
