Company Overview: Our company is an established provider of portable buildings, mainly focussing on high-end sales offices and marketing suites, but we also have revenue streams in the more standard portable office and anti-vandal cabin world.

Due to growth of the business, we are seeking a talented and experienced salesperson to join the team. One who holds our ethos for great customer service; being knowledgeable, efficient, motivated to help each customer and to win each deal.

We are a family-led company, and we firmly believe that with the support of a new Sales Consultant working in partnership with the team’s fresh new goals, we have the potential to scale our operations and achieve substantial growth in the short term and continue growth further into the future.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant at Cabinlocator, you will be responsible for:

  • Inbound Contact: The majority of the day-to-day will be spent answering phone calls and emails from customers reaching out to us for more information and following these clients through the sales pipeline.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the portable building market. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both new and existing clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of portable and modular buildings to effectively communicate with clients to instil confidence and close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the portable building or modular building sector, with a demonstrable history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of modular and portable building terminology, technologies, applications, and industry trends.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively. Ability to manage each deal on a pipeline tool.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. We value proper communication.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary of £34,000 - £40,000 with the addition of an end-of-year discretionary bonus based on performance. Package based on experience.
