- 1+ months working in a sales or another customer-oriented sector (gastronomy, etc.).
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilient, eager to learn & curious, good communication skills.
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
