Rachel Jackson creates contemporary, personalised jewellery and is one of the UK’s most exciting, upcoming jewellery brands. The brand has an impressive stockist list including Liberty of London, Selfridges and John Lewis and a huge celebrity following. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, ensuring every customer has a treasured interaction with both our staff and collections and feels truly immersed and inspired by our brand experience.
If you love jewellery and fashion and have solid retail experience, you could be just the person to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
- Advise on appropriate types of jewellery and assist with styling
- Process sales with the highest level of accuracy
- Drive sales by increasing average spend and customer retention
- Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge
- Support VM standards in store
- Experience of working on a Concession
- Able to work both opening and closing shift

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
