Our Inside Sales, Tax Associates are provided with exclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements, and receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling. We do not buy leads from lead providers or third parties.

- Base ($17.50 hour) + 12% commission) After the Probation period. (For experienced Sales Reps).
- Yearly range: $75k- $350k+/year.
- Inbound Quality Calls via In-House Marketing.

What skills you will bring:
- Proven sales experience; Inside Sales/Phone Sales/ Tax preferably Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills.
- Proficient Computer Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Superior Time Management.
- Ability to follow a script.
Physical Demands include but are not limited to:
- Must have the capability to operate a variety of functions on PC, including navigating through various programs and databases, and have the visual ability to enter data and extract data from PC as required to perform regular job functions, independently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods.
- Sitting for extended periods, using the telephone, typing, and/or operating a computer and/or mouse.
- Heavy phone usage/communication.
- The interaction may vary from informational, interpretive, and sometimes persuasive.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $75,000 - $350,000.00 per year.
