Ciret Limited was established in 1961 as Homekey Limited, initially supplying top quality paint brushes throughout the South of England. From its Portsmouth base, the business expanded to become an established supplier to decorator’s merchants, builder’s merchants and independent hardware stores throughout the UK, and in 2005 moved to our present location in Havant, just outside Portsmouth.
2014 saw Ciret launch its RKMP brands in the UK. We offer a comprehensive range of products suitable for the professional decorator, contractor and DIYer.
Ciret Limited are proud to supply ROTA, Kana, Masq & Prep (RKMP) brands. They are the sole supplier for this successful range in the UK. Many retailers are now introducing this range in their stores with very positive results. This range is unique in that it is divided into four distinct product categories which can be merchandised individually or with any combination.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role would suit someone willing to learn a variety of skills and provide admin assistance across departments within the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, good Excel skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies (stationery and water)
- Irish export paperwork for regular overseas deliveries
- Carry out internal audits to support our Management system for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and FSC
- Rolling inspections of the racking in our warehouse
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
Previous experience of working as an Office Administrator is essential - training will be provided for racking inspections and internal audit skills.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
