Position: Sales Associate
Job Role:
The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in expanding Interico's client base and market presence within the designated region. The primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new B2B clients in the home furnishing industry, with a focus on furniture products. As a Sales Associate, you will leverage your sales expertise to establish strong relationships, present our CGI services, and close deals that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Prospect and identify potential clients within the specified region, targeting manufacturers, retailers, and other stakeholders in the home furnishing sector.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong business relationships with prospects through effective communication, networking, and personalized interactions.
Product Presentation: Present Interico's CGI services and demonstrate how they can enhance the visual marketing strategies of clients' furniture products.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and facilitate the closing of contracts to secure new business partnerships.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in promoting Interico's services.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the home furnishing or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with CGI, furniture, or visual marketing concepts is a plus.
