Role & Responsibilities
- The store security will work in collaboration with all members of the store management team to achieve a safe and secure shopping environment
- Reporting to the Supervisor – they must record, report, and escalate all incidents and stop in case of theft.
- Utilizing conflict resolution skills in order to diffuse difficult situations that may arise within the workplace.
- To act as a deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Reaction to any activation of store tagging systems
- Incident Reporting
- Looking after Customer premises & safety of staff and customers
- Officers are required to wear a black suit and a tie
