We are searching for a driven Sales Associate to join a luxury fashion brand in store at Harrods, Knightsbridge. As the new Sales Associate you will be responsible for bringing in new sales and building great relationships with existing and new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and serve customers and provide an excellent in-store experience at all times
• Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach
• Be pro actively engaged in cross selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
• Be up-to-date knowing fashion trends
• Maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Passion for luxury fashion
• Experience of building long-lasting relationship with clients
• Ability to work in team as well as alone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits / Package:

Salary £25,000 - £32,000 per annum + Commission
