Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with our esteemed clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Sales Expertise: Utilize your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of our pet marketplace's offerings to effectively communicate the value of our doggy daycare, resort, and grooming spa services. Showcase the unique features and benefits that set us apart from the competition, while addressing customer needs and preferences

· Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with pet owners, understanding their pet care requirements, and providing tailored recommendations that ensure the best possible experience for their furry companions. Develop a loyal customer base through attentive customer service and personalized attention

· Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with local pet owners, attending industry events, and collaborating with marketing efforts. Contribute to the growth and expansion of our pet marketplace by driving revenue and acquiring new customers

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with our passionate team of pet care professionals, including dog trainers, groomers, and daycare staff, to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients and their pets. Collaborate on cross-selling initiatives, promotions, and customer retention strategies

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pet care or related industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Passion for pets and a genuine understanding of their needs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with pet owners and build rapport.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

· Familiarity with San Francisco's pet community and a strong local network is a plus
