At a time of great excitement for our Company with our ongoing Downtown Grantham Designer Outlet project, we are seeking multiple Sales Assistants to join various departments including Lounge and Dining Furniture, Home Furnishings, Beds and Bedroom Furniture and Flooring on a part-time basis.

All roles will focus on offering excellent customer service in a busy and varied environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on high value items to maximise sales opportunities. You will also undertake general housekeeping within your area and till work, as required.

You will be at an advantage if you have relevant retail experience. This is not essential, and training will be provided as required.

We are offering permanent contracts of between 30 and 24 hours worked over up to five days a week during store opening times, including weekends. Flexibility is key and you should be occasionally available to work varying shift patterns and differing days if required.
