To help support our sales managers we are looking for our next sales assistant. You will be working hand in hand with our sales managers.

Here is a list of the potential tasks of this position:
- Assist the Sales director
- Prospection (Apollo, linked, etc...)
- Edit PDF for customers canvas etc
- Find, build & Book Tech team
- Project management: Hold dead lines and timing for projects
- Zoho CRM management (fill in contact infos, add new contacts...)
- Make quote/invoice
- Participating at the global strategy of the company
- Deal with Scope of work, contracts, ect...
- Handle logistics (book truck/boat/train/plane)
- Check competition
- Ensure the profitability of each project
- Compliance with Fit-in / Fit-Out deadlines
IS THIS YOU?
- English as mother tongue
- 1 year of sales and business experience (preferred, not needed)
- Creative and decision maker
- Ability to clarify, summaries with a synthetic mind
- Good with admin work
- Microsoft Office pack advanced
- Ability to adapt and fit in a group, good team spirit
- Good writing and speaking
