JOB TITLE: Junior Finance Analyst

LOCATION: Ruislip, London

REPORTING TO: Commercial Finance Director – ABM Technical Solutions

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday 9-5, 35 HOURS PER WEEK

SALARY: Competitive

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• To process customer Billing
• Upload invoices onto customer portals
• To ensure completeness of information for billing
• Support Operations with Financial reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively support Operations to ensure the timely preparation of customer billing
• Identify any costs that have yet to be billed to the client and work with Operations
• Review the profitability of Work Orders and raise queries against the ones that require further investigation, prior to billing
• Assist the Credit Control Manager in ensuring customer invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• An appetite to study AAT, through the ‘Apprenticeship Levy’
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to work with multiple and ambiguous sources of data.
• Professional manner.
• Eye for detail.
• Ability and willingness to get involved, and a can-do attitude.
• Dedicated and hard-working.
