Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy of our business by identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets. During the initial three months or first 30 orders (whichever comes later), you will be eligible for commission-based pay only. After this initial period, you will receive a basic salary in addition to commission-based pay.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and new business opportunities in target B2B sector.
- Initiate contact with leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster business growth.
- Present product/service offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
- Understand the unique needs of clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Students and apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time and tasks effectively.
