We're currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our matrix create team, working hybrid in our Isle of Wight office one day a week and from home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging with our client base to design websites so should have experience working in a client facing design role, ideally in a digital marketing agency.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate examples of:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an graphic design role preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients, often with difficult or technical issues to explain.
- Ability to grasp the differing needs of a variety of markets; your clients will be operating across many verticals.
- A good team player, you will be working very closely with the web development team.
- Time management and task prioritisation to meet deadlines.
Suggested Software Proficiency
- Project management / collaboration tools
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Office 365 - Teams used for outbound calling to client meetings
Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Garage, would be an advantage or web development tools such as HTML.
