IKEA Milton Keynes are looking for a sales assistant to join our fantastic sales team on a full time contract. Expected start date is the 29th of April 2023 WHAT WE OFFERHourly Rate: £10.90 (this will rise to £11.45 from 1st of May 2023)Annual salary based on new rate:£23,220 39hr contract working 5 days over 7 with every 2nd weekend off. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop this in turn will ensure the customer has an exceptional shopping experience. Support your manager with the vitality and ranges changes throughout the IKEA store in line with the commercial calendar ensuring customers feel inspired to visit the store more frequently. Act quickly on commercial opportunities; changing availability for out-of-stock products in preparation for store opening.
