WHAT TO CONSIDER
We are currently looking to recruit contract sizes of 12, 16 and 20 hours.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers so this role may require availability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends – but we can discuss this further with you at interview and we always strive to meet the needs of our co-workers whilst meeting the needs of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Are you curious about life at home and co-creating the wonderful everyday with our customers? Then we have the job for you. We are looking for someone who is confident in approaching customers, listening and treating them in a polite and friendly manner whilst meeting their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and home furnishing with bundles of energy and an eagerness to learn. Don’t know much about home furnishing? Don’t worry we will teach you all that we know!

- You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in a busy retail environment
- You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings
- You are always passionate about the range and home furnishings, becoming a natural product expert who is curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
- You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop
SHOW ROOM CO-WORKER ADDITIONAL NEED
- You are competent with IT to use planning tools, Microsoft office, using the internet and relevant programmes to support selling to the customer
CIRCULAR HUB CO-WORKER ADDITIONAL NEED
- This role can require elements of heavy lifting
