Henchmen was established as a new start up in 2021, with one goal in mind, to make lives easier by solving the day to day logistical problems people face. We aim to deliver smiles to our customers as we go above and beyond to make sure things run safely and smoothly. We will change the definition of logistics by raising standards and putting care, communication and love back in the industry. Efficiency is key to our operations, as we want to ensure we use our skills to ensure we deliver an exceptional service.
Our current plan for growth involves extending our current range of services to local and regional businesses. Our services include providing teams of skilled and experienced personnel to industries that would benefit from additional staff on an ad-hoc, short and long term basis. We also offer logistical services such as delivery fulfilment, removals and relocations.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve the monthly revenue target set by the Managing Director.
- Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
- Build firm relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times.
- Represent Henchmen in a professional manner and to adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally.
- Maintain accurate and up to date completion of administration tasks and duties as required and agreed by the company.
- Communicate accurate and pertinent information to relevant departments, teams and clients as appropriate.
- Responsible for organising and conducting successful customer trials that lead to deals. It is expected that there will be some regional travel to visit new and existing customers.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for internal referrals
This role will be primarily based at home and will also involve travelling around London and South East region to secure opportunities !

- Proven B2B sales background (ideally within a comparable industry sector).
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to command respect amongst senior decision makers.
- Enthusiasm, drive and great communication skills.
- Creatively competitive.
- Confident and proactive personality.
- Computer literate with the ability to use and master internal systems and MS Office suite.
- Be able to recognise and demonstrate the benefits of formal sales training.
- Ability to think creatively and dynamically to find and take opportunities.

Must be based in the London/ South east England region as travel to prospective clients will be involved. Must have good access to phone and computer.
