Epson has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to be repsonsible for supporting the sales team with reporting and administritive support.
Reporting into the Pan European Accounts Ecommerce Manager, the position is based out of our Sales and Marketing Office in Hemel Hempstead, UK, and, as flexibility is key to a modern lifestyle this role also comes with three/four days WFH.
What will you do:
Administrative & Logistical Support (70%)
- Responsible for the administration of specific sales activities related to the department for example, uploading promotions, monitoring stock levels
Reporting Support (30%)
- Uses the relevant software tools (Hybris, MS CRM, SAP, BO, Power BI, etc) to provide regular sales analysis & ad hoc reporting for the department as required
- Additional reporting support may be required to cover absence in the team or during peak times
What we ask for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role role
- Excellent communication skills, oral and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – ability to work on software tools
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collect and collate information from a variety of sources
- Ability to work within a small team, but also under own initiative
- Ability to work with and meet deadlines
